The rink has "walkers" for anyone who feels uncomfortable and unstable. Each of the kids used a walker at the beginning. By the end of our time there, they were all skating on their own! The pictures that I took were mostly of the walkers, hence the geriatric training comment! We had a great time and a lot of great laughs!!! Adriana went away very confident that she definitely wanted to take lessons!

Ice skating-or-lessons in Geriatrics?!?!?!
Adriana received "Mia, Girl of 2008" American Girl doll for Christmas! She was literally praying every night before Christmas that she would get Mia! Well, for those who don't know...Mia is an ice skater. Therefore, Adriana has been dreaming of being an ice skater just like Mia. Her dream finally came true 8 weeks ago! However, in order for her to take lessons, Aaron and I decided that we needed to go as a family and try ice skating out...just to make sure Adriana knew what she'd be getting herself into!
