Here are a few pictures of our little helpers, Nathaniel, Adriana, and Samuel. Sam was helping out by checking out the flowers and keeping "Mr. Dave's" truck in check. Nathaniel and Gabriel were always bothering "Mr. Dave" with questions and stories about tools. In fact, Gabriel was constantly running around with his "Handy Manny" tool belt on looking for ways to help out. The day that our final windows were being installed, Gabriel decided to retreat to the basement and play with Geo Trax. That is why you won't see him in any of the pictures! Nathaniel and Adriana, on the other hand, couldn't get enough of helping out with the final touches. They were really into it...with their plastic silver hammers. What a difference they made. Without their help, I don't know if the windows would have been in by now! :0) Just kidding! "Mr. Dave" is doing an incredible job.

New Windows...Big Helpers!
We have been so excited and feel very blessed that we recently had new windows put in. Not just one or two...no, the entire house! It is awesome!!! We live in a very old house and the windows were the original ones. They were single pane windows. Basically, you could hear a mouse sneeze outside! Living on a very busy road, it has made such a difference! The noise level has been cut entirely. Also, along with new windows comes new screens. That always posed an issue for us, as well. There were so many holes in the screens making it very undesirable to open. The kids may love bugs, but their mommy doesn't!
